Akershus Sjakkrets runs district championships every year: the children's and youth championship on 24 October 2026 at Langhuset in Langhus (organised by Ski sjakk), the school-team championship on 11 April 2026, and rapid, blitz and youth championships on 26, 25 and 18 October 2025. The venue changes from year to year; the card keeps the address of the 2026 edition.
